Improve your Land Rover fuel economy series
With the current high fuel prices, I'm guessing that most of you have adjusted your driving style, if only slightly, to make it more efficient.
Over the next few weeks, we will examine ways you can still make savings at the pump that don't involve selling your Land Rover to by some silly hybrid-drive euro box!
Some of the modifications we will be covering are cheap, others not so cheap, but all are proven conversions that will see you save some money at the pump.
However, you will have to do your bit too, if you increase your gearing to reduce your engine speed at a set cruising speed, don't increase your cruising speed!
And having more torque and power on tap doesn't mean you can boot it everywhere - rather than seeing savings, you will be seeing larger bills!
